NXT GEN Peptides supplies reference compounds to researchers and laboratories. This policy sets out the conditions under which our products may be purchased and used. By ordering you agree to it.

• Use as, or in the manufacture of, a medicine, food, dietary supplement or cosmetic.
• Resale or supply to others for the purposes above, or to anyone you believe intends them.
• Making any therapeutic, health or performance claim about our products.

4. Purchaser Declarations

By placing an order you confirm that you are 18 or over, that you are purchasing for legitimate research purposes, and that you understand the products are not approved for human or animal use.

5. Handling, Storage and Disposal

Products are lyophilised research materials. Store them as directed on the label and product documentation, handle them with appropriate laboratory precautions and dispose of them in accordance with local regulations. Reconstituted material should be used only within an appropriate research protocol.

6. Documentation

Where available, batch-specific Certificates of Analysis are published on our site and can be requested for any lot. Reported results describe the tested sample and are provided for research reference only.

7. Our Right to Refuse

We may decline, cancel or restrict any order, and close any account, where we reasonably suspect a breach of this policy. We may ask for information about your research purpose before supplying a product.

8. Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of our products is lawful and safe. We accept no liability for use that breaches this policy.
