1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and any order you place with NXT GEN Peptides. By browsing the site, creating an account or placing an order you agree to them, together with our Privacy Policy, Research Use Policy and Shipping & Returns policy.

2. Eligibility

• You must be 18 or over.
• Orders are accepted for delivery within the United Kingdom only.
• You confirm that you are purchasing on behalf of yourself or an organisation for legitimate laboratory research purposes.

3. Research Use Only

Every product is supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and analytical use. Products are not medicines, foods, supplements or cosmetics, and are not for human or animal consumption, injection, ingestion or application. You agree to comply with our Research Use Policy.

4. Products and Descriptions

We take care to describe products accurately. Descriptions refer to published laboratory and preclinical literature only and make no claim about use in people. Product images are illustrative, and batch details and Certificates of Analysis are made available on the relevant product page or on request.

5. Pricing and Payment

• Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include applicable taxes unless stated.
• Orders are placed through our payment-link checkout: after you submit an order we send a secure payment link. Your order is confirmed once payment is received.
• Unpaid orders may expire and be cancelled after the payment window stated in your confirmation email.
• Discount codes and bundle savings are subject to their stated conditions and cannot always be combined. We may correct pricing errors before an order is accepted.

6. Order Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm payment and accept your order. We may decline or cancel an order, for example where stock is unavailable, we suspect misuse, or the order conflicts with our Research Use Policy; any payment taken will be refunded.

7. Delivery and Returns

Delivery and returns are covered by our Shipping & Returns policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate account, delivery and contact details.
• Handle, store and dispose of products safely and lawfully, in accordance with the information supplied.
• Not resell products as medicines or supplements, or represent them as suitable for human or animal use.

9. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss arising from use of products contrary to these Terms, and our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for it. Your statutory rights are not affected.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, images, branding and design, belongs to NXT GEN Peptides or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

11. Changes and Governing Law

We may update these Terms from time to time; the version in force when you place an order applies to it. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have elsewhere in the UK.
